    Default cant apply for advance could before

    Hi,

    I had an advance payment, the one you can get every 6 months.

    Online it said my final repayment day was 29th April, and I could apply on the 30th April, I logged in and there is no option to apply.

    I see that I did repay and no payments are left.

    I have had that message for a few months now!!
    I called up and asked why and they have absolutely no clue!
    She told me i could apply there and then or call back and use the self service ...

    This happened to me a few months back. I ended up getting it through the app.

    Same has happened to me recently, I assumed I was not ellegeble anymore. Interesting to know as I was trying to apply through the app, I might need to ring up.

    Hello,

    Thank You for the replies.
    Well, I tried to use the app, I downloaded it onto my phone, followed the instructions and I cannot get passed the CRN and Password.

    I do not have a centrelink account, well I used too, mine was merged into my gov, so I tried to use my CRN access number and password I use on my gov but does not work.

    Now it says account suspended for 12 hrs

    Not sure what password is suppose to be and was no option to retrieve, confusing.

    It's down at the moment their website is anyway. I made a mistake in my last post I don't have the app but just do it online. I went to check after reading this post and can't get on as it's down that might be why you're having issues. Try again tomorrow that's what I'm going to do or you might have better luck ringing them on Monday if all else fails.

    Site is back up but still no option to apply.

    Never used the app before, and seems it doesnt like my password tho not sure what password is suppose to be anyway

    I get this msg all the time wait a few more days after your final repayment and it will work
