    Last week I gained 700g and went back up to 99.9. This week I've lost 1.1kg and down to 98.8kg. Hope it keeps going down.

    Can't make bootcamp to get weighed in by my trainer because I have hurt my back but according to the scales here at home I have lost another 1.1 kgs

    Scratch that I managed to hobble down to my trainer to pick up a foam roller so she weighed me and this week I have lost 2 kgs!!

    Can anyone explain normal weight fluctuations? Some times I'm 74 and other times I'm 72. What's the real weight? And when
    Do you weigh in? I weigh mornings.

    I can't explain it, probably has something to do with fluid retention and where you are in your cycle. I would weigh in once per week, get up, go to the toilet, and weigh yourself naked before you eat or drink anything. I would take that as my actual weight.

    Thanks. Its weird. Clothes are fitting much better, but I can't understand how 2kgs can come and go in two days. I think you're right about cycles though, the depo provera injection has really messed with mine. New goal, no weigh in till the end of this month!

    I am still around. 71.6 this morning. I seem to be rather stuck around the same weight, but I am glad to see under 72. I have been going to the gym every day, so I am back to my routine. good luck, marie.

    How is may finishing up for everyone?
    I wanted to lose 4kgs in may. .. but I'm only at 3.2kg loss. So that goal isn't looking great! ! Still a loss is a loss.

    I didn't reach my goal which was go be under 70kg, I'm 72kg today. But I was thinking I'd be around 74g so was pleasantly surprised when I was 2kg lighter today 😊 happy to jump into a June thread if there is one as I'm giving up sugar as of today so expect to see decent results over the coming weeks!
