    Thanks ladies. Yes I weighed myself in the morning. It's Mother's Day so I'm eating whatever I damn well please and then worry about it tomorrow! Haha

    Too many extra goodies over mothers day. Original plans for a small lunch and nice roast lamb for dinner, became a bigger lunch, plus lollies at the movies, and a much bigger roast dinner with more guests at the last minute. then cake. so much for my good intentions. oh well, such is life. an new week, back on track from today. good luck everyone. marie.

    Can I just say that I've lost 29.5kg to date and I did not do this water drinking that everyone talks about.

    So much for weight loss , got my BFP today! I signed up for an 8 week fitness program, have only done one week. Should I continue with it? It is pretty intense 😑

    Back on board at 72.5kgs. Happy to have lost 7.5 kgs since end of january but would really like out of the 70s by the end of this month. 69.9 will do me fine. Lots of walking and have regained leg muscles which feels good. Does anyone else have sabotaging husbands? I asked mine to pick me up a chocolate bar because I havent eaten any chocolate in three weeks and am eating 1000 to 1200 calories a day. He came back with a gift sized box of peanut mnms, a king size bar of dairy milk, a kitkat chunky, peanut slab, and snickers bar! I've had to throw away the m and ms. Sadly I ate the kitkat, peanut slab, half the mandms snickers bar. Chocolate is my kryptonite.

    Congratulations! I think most drs will say dont do anything new when pregnant but i think as long as youre not over doing thins or overheating your core temp things should be ok. Best mention it to your gp and trainers to see what they think- depending on your personal situation of course
