Nooo my scales are broken I only changed the batteries a few weeks ago. It's good in one was so I don't weigh myself constantly but I need some general idea of how I'm going so I stay motivated! Won't weigh myself today though, had a bowl of hot chips for lunch whoops

Does anyone else have 'goal clothing'? I started with a pair of skinny jeans I wanted to fit into, then it was a dress now it's a different dress lol. I hang it where I see it every day and find it helps motivate me.

Today has been probably too little food, lots of walking doing errands and groceries but no actual strenuous exercise. Should get the washing off the treadmill.

@Tamtam, when i started I sucked. That minute where I had to run seemed to last for 10. But I slowly got better and it got easier. Definitely worth a go

I am too scared to even try no sugar for this reason. I really really need to but I hate those headaches!

Just wanted to say good luck to the people who are losing weight. I have not read the thread. I'm on a weight loss journey myself, I'm down 29.5kg. I balance between 29kg-29.5kg.

So I'm. Down another 500g..total loss in last 4 weeks is 3.5kg.
I'm really happy with that. I really don't care of its a slow and steady thing as long as it goes!
My DH has a very fancy dinner at the end of July for his work. A really fancy event.
I've been looking at the site where you hire designer dresses.... I'm really hoping I can get down to 10kgs loss by then. I'd love to hire this Alex Perry dress. Or another dress!

Loss for may so far is 1.2kgs. Goal is 4kg.
