Default Does my 2 year old *need* milk?

We are the same as Elijah's mum, never offered cows milk to any of my 4 daughters. The weaned off formula at 12 months and just have a healthy diet rich with fruit, veg, meats, nuts plus yoghurt and cheese.
If your DS is having a good diet then there should be no concern with calcium intake.

It was not long after we changed DS from formula to cows milk at 12 months that he stopped having it as a regular drink. Pretty much stopped drinking it altogether at least by 2. As pp's have said there are lots of other ways of getting their serve of calcium.

It's pretty much what I was thinking but worried that I was wrong for some reason. I know he gets so many other calcium rich foods, I think I was just worrying too much like I always do. Thanks for the input ladies. You've been great as always.
