    I always thought chicken , duck, quail had to be cooked through properly. They tend to serve quail pink. To me that's not cooked

    We eat quail at least twice a week, obviously. Doesn't everyone? And yes, I tend to cook it to the point just past pink

    I have no idea! I have never eaten it. Would be like eating a family pet.
