Sorry, you lost me at leaving a half opened bag. All my 'friends' just scoff the whole lot in one go.

    That is an excellent point!!

However, I am sad to say that if I had the emotional fortitude to have a half a packet left then I would eat them ...but *only if* I was premenstrual (which, technically speaking starts on the last day of my period so I end up being premenstrual for 23 out of 28 days),
    or if I was sad...
    or angry...
    or feeling guilty...
    or feeling happy...
    or if I was alone...
or if my kids were home but in another room so I didn't have to share

Besides, I like ants, mostly. They're the sweethearts of the insect kingdom.

Aren't chocolate coated ants a delicacy somewhere in the world.

    Why not ant covered chocolates?

I went shopping the other day when I had my period and my favourite chocolates were all on sale. The whole conveyor belt was Terry's Choc Oranges, Clinkers, and Chokitos. It was embarrassing but love a bargain and I love chocolate.

Eat the choc harves and tell yourself you're being frugal and not wasteful

That could lead to a spin off. What's normal? You have pre menstral, menstral, post menstral. Depending on how long the two p's are that might give you between 0-7 days?

I think you... uh I mean your 'friend' should eat the chocolate anyway. A bit of extra ant protein won't hurt your 'friend'.

Did anyone else Google if ants poo? 😳

Apparently they have excellent toilet habits so chances are your friend did not consume any micro poo.

How did I miss this thread earlier?! This is hilarious!

I hope your 'friend' ate them. It was definitely a chocolate emergency!

I'm hanging out for an update and what your friend decided to do

Ftr I'd salvage them though I can't fathom how there was a half packet made available to the little critters in the first place. All my 'friends' love chocolate too much, its a single sitting indulgence
