    I hope I can pull out a @Cue 😁

Just had two interviews (two different companies) this morning and I hate going through this so much. So gut wrenching...

I have no idea how I did and I'm already anxious about moving to the next step 😓

    Go me.
Don't be so down. I had to build a career from scratch after having my kids, and managed to do so. Sure, it's a bit of a hard slog (and I'm not single, but plenty of women I went to uni with were single with 3+ kids and limited support), but at the end of the day that hard slog improved your overall lifestyle significantly. It's worth doing, even if right now isn't the right time, there will be a 'right time.'

Thanks. I've started another thread as I'm stuck as to what career path to even choose to go down. I need a plan badly though.

Default Is your career really ruined when you have a baby?

Just popping in to give an update.. I got a job! 4 days a week.. 12mth maternity contract but it's a great organisation so could lead to better things..

I don't know who said it but someone gave the advice of negotiating 4 days on full time advertised roles.. It takes courage but when I was offered an interview I brought it up. It got me two more interviews which I was happy about.. Just goes to show that if your application is strong enough then you can always negotiate 😊

Thanks every in for your support 😘

Now to navigate the stress of daycare 😱
