    Hey sunnysummer
It's a steroid drug suppose to supress nk cell and prevent or help prevent miscarriages.

I had my NK cell tested and came back with negative but my FS still put me on prednisolone (10 my daily) and clexane (40ml) this cycle which so far so good and got us BFP.

Having said that with my previous FET at my old clinic I was on prednisolone (5mg) and clexane (20ml) no ultrasound guided transfer ended up with BFN.

But then again I did have an endo scratch before this BFP FET transfer. So I don't know if the prednisolone or the scratch or the ultrasound guided transfer helped with the positives or the combo did it but I def don't want to stop taking it and risk miscarriage 😦

@Cooki oh I see. That's interesting! I wish we knew what caused the negatives/positives but we will never know I guess. I thought all clinics used ultrasound guided transfer? I didn't realise they could do it without it?! I will be sooo happy if I do get my official BFP but so scared, considering my first pregnancy. I wouldn't mine being on this drug. If it isn't going to hurt you or the baby taking it for longer I would definitely keep taking it.
@Xxsmileyxx93 that's great to hear about your embryos. Fingers crossed they all hang in there.

I know it doesn't hurt me or the baby I don't think since I'm on a low low dosage. But yeh I think I'm just going to continue with it until I see my FS face to face. I only came across these meds when we first had our Chem preg and then our first FET didn't implant at all.

Lots of sticky baby dust to you and hope to see your BFP on here ☺
