The Ex upgraded the data usage plan to a higher amount a few nights ago & the stupid biatch Salesperson keot trying to flog the NBN deals to him which he told her a number of times he didn't want at this stage & that all he wanted was more data.
Despite her seemingly accepting that & putting the Ex on the increased data plan he asked for as well as assring him that the new plan would be actioned within 24-48 hrs, it seems she's gone ahead & put the Ex on the NBN plan instead!!!😠
Now it's going to take until Monday for these w a n k e r s to fix FFS's though the guy on the ph before was bleating on about compensation for the lost days etc & that someone will ph the Ex on Monday to make sure everything's fixed & to discuss compensation.
Yeah well....not holding my breath on that!!! Fruckwits!!!!😡

Yep...it sh!ts me off no end that everything has to be done over the ph FFS's as they sure as hell don't want you going into one of their shops to sort it!!😠
Moving the call centre operations overseas was another idiotic move though the Salesperson the other night spoke excellent English (the Ex had his ph on speaker for the whole conversation).
There's no doubt in my mind she understood exactly what he was asking for. She repeated the request at the end to make sure she had it correct FFS's!!!😠
tuxcat. No symptoms that can't be put down to the crinone unfortunately. I feel that it hasn't worked but that may be more to do with self preservation, in that if I tell myself it hasn't worked, a bfn won't upset me as much even though I know it is true. I have now come down with a horrible cold so am spending the day resting and trying to not Google things. How are you going? When is your first scan?
I hear your frustration @BlondeinBrisvegas. Telstra did that to us once. They called and wanted us to take up a new plan. My husband said no. About a week later we found out that we had been changed. Overseas call centre said she would look in to it when she had listened to the original call and call me back. 14 months later I am still waiting on her call. Stores wouldn't help. Finally got through to a complaints person in Australia who then said we had to go on a new more expensive contract or we could cancel the package we didn't want at no cost (very generous as never signed up for it). We had no way of going back to our original plan. I was in tears with frustration. I asked to never be contacted by Telstra again either by phone or random mail outs.
Ewwww some really bad swear words on here today in laws and telstra. I am surprised bub hub doesn't blank them out. Filthy filthy words. What can I say no advice at all the valium is a good idea though and wash it down with a wine or two☺
I got the go ahead to stop my meds my new plan has me on everything under the sun. Nitrodur and estrogen patches, Viagra, progynova up the veejayjay and orally. Sandrena and estrogen tablets all from day 2. Which was he thinks should be mid to end of next week. So if my lining responds then I could be transferring as soon as two weeks time. I am so happy time to get my babies back home in my belly. ☺☺☺so BIB that is Wazza's aggressive plan. Hope it works.
