@Blossom74 woohoo. That's such great news xx
@Aimee999 fingers crossed that that one left is the golden egg that brings the end to this rollercoaster ride.
@Calypso74 hoping all is well and you're stressing for no reason.
@Summer how are you going luv. Did you get to see your fs?
@Charlie74 I know you're busy with visitors but just letting you know I've been thinking of ya 😉.

Evening to everyone else. I'm starting to bloat like a mofo and gorged on pizza and a magnum tonight to make matters worse. Day 7 of stims. Not really feeling any different to previous cycles at this stage so wondering if the higher dose will mean more follies 😳😳😳.

Just had the most upsetting conversation with my mum - god some people aren't meant to be parents.
She didn't even ask how it all went today. Not interested.
I don't know why I'm constantly letting myself get hurt by people who don't care.
    I feel really stupid.

@amie999 Really????? Bloody hell. That's frikin awful.

My folks are totally self absorbed too but they are old and falling to bits (mentally and physically) I don't really expect much of them any more but it is genuinely because they are suffering.

@amie999 - don't feel stupid, my mother had 5 children, should have had none. One positive is bad mothers show you all the behaviours you don't want to follow. Mine has been great for that!

    hugs @amie999

& sorry to hear of everyone else's experiences with their Mum

my Mum is great, she's been very supportive and not calling when I say I'm not ready to talk yet. we're going to see her (interstate) this weekend actually, as my cousin is in town from overseas with her kids
@Summer hope you're ok and the court case is coming to a close this week & working out for you all.

my family is the same too ... my sister made a comment about my DH and well let's just say I chose my DH. I haven't told my side of the family but have told some friends. As for my DHs side we have told his mum and she is always supportive which is good.

Your comment Green Lady resonated with me about learning what not to do!

I started sharing my ivf journey with my family and some friends but now it's been going on awhile people have stopped caring, stopped asking and I've also just got to the point where talking about it with those people upsets me more. They never truly appreciate how difficult it is so best to get support from other ivf'ers X

    Totally @greenlady
..and I know and its hard to relate to a process your not going to but some people are built without the ability to have empathy.
It just interesting the people who end up showing their true personalities. The unfairness of who gets to be parents is getting to me today.
On the upside im staying in an Airbnb thats run by a lovely lady whos 42 yr old daughter and daughter in law are both starting ivf. Had better chats with her today than with anyone i know in my real life ! except for all you guys of course

Totally right @ Corbes i'm a bit off track with concentrating on the good people today.

Sleep well everyone and grow all you little embies out there ! we need you to !
