Warning tmi. So as you know wazza puts you on aspirin about 8 wks on this i started getting pr bleeding about a table spoon full and bright red. Then came persistant colon pressure and constipation. Bowels only working with meds. No pain or nausea etc. I stopped aspirin and pr bleeding stopped but other symptoms have remained? Anyone ever had this? I spoke to wazza about it he said go for colonoscopy.... of course i will but after dr google like @Blossom i have diagnosed myself with worst possible outcome. Not to mention epu tomorrow seems very stressful now. Grrr.
Try to stay off google for things like this, it sounds like you're getting yourself really stressed out. Its likely the drugs with the lack of bowel movements - often drugs can do this. Drink plenty of water and try and calm yourself down, honestly its not good to get yourself all worked up. Get through tomorrow first and then if you need to see the Dr after that then do that. One thing at a time. Look after yourself xx

Evening ladies. Just trying to catch up after a busy day.
@Chiefsgirl she is the most beautiful little thing ever. Congratulations you wonderful beings xx
@Charlie74 I'm so glad to hear the reunion has gone well and you have enjoyed all those cuddles.
@Blossom74 I hope your boobs are back to normal asap. It must be really uncomfortable and worrying I'm sure.
@calypso75 what a fab result! It's amazing they can find these hidden ones. They are the best!! Fingers crossed for good fert results moving forward.
@Maxwellsmum well I never. That amount of embryos?!?!? I have never even heard of that number before. You gotta have a damn good chance with that amount. Good luck!

@bib hope things have settled down in your home again and you're feeling ok 😀.

Afm I went to work today and struggled through the day with pain from the lap and grogginess from the panadeine forte but got there in the end. Too exhausted to make dinner so have just polished off a bag of Doritos and a cup of tea. Oops. Oh and starting stimming tonight too. Now that was fun punching a couple of needles into a massively bloated, hard and bruised belly. The joy! But I'm starting to feel quietly more hopeful about this cycle so that's a positive.

@Maxwellsmum Congratulations on your big haul !
@infinity88 i didnt see your post but i saw something about unexplained abdominal pain ?
I was hospitalized several times ( just becuase of pain ) and had a few checks internally but they could find anything. Just gave me painkillers - i think it was a bowel or diet issue ( too much protein not enough fibre) as an added contribution the anesthetic. Changed my diet and i haven't had a problem for ages.
Good luck for EPU tomorrow and hope you can rest up

@Blossom74 that's good to see they are thorough and getting you a mammogram. Better to be safe and cover all bases. x
@Charlie74 that sound wonderful having family time. Enjoy it.x
AFM 22 embryos today 💥Hubby says we will have a football team. Why do men always say stuff like that there is no way no how this body is going to be able to produce a team of any form.

@infinity888, as its bright red blood that's not as concerning as its a bleed a lot lower down in the bowel and possibly a little internal haemorrhoid, your GP could probably do a little rectal exam before a colonoscopy.
Quite a few of us having little body malfunctions just now, maybe we are all just more intuned to our bodies

I have heard of ladies getting constipated when they stim and pear juice can help but not the bleeding and the pain. That is not wazza related either just linked to stimming med in general I think.
It's good that the bleeding has stopped but a check up still wouldn't hurt. My mum get a colonoscopy done every year she gets pockets in her bowel that cause a lot of discomfort it has a huge medical name plus I also know pain and discomfort can come from IBS which is linked to stress so there are quite a lot of common bowel issues out there. Hey good luck tomorrow try not to stress too much just one day at a time okay xoxo
Is it Diverticulitis your Mum has???😕

@infinity888 I get medication-related constipation and have internal heamoroids and bleeding on and off. I have noticed with the Clexane, aspirin etc that I get a bit of a throbbing in my heamoroids as the blood thinning increases and I hope that it is something that simple for you. I hope you can get to your GP soon. I've had a few colonoscopies over the years, but they've never found anything too horrid.

I take movicol for constipation as my heamoroid surgeon recommended it as a regular treatment - some others have senna in them and that can be addictive/bad. I usually hit movicol hard after EPU. If constipation is caused by medication you need to be very very careful increasing fibre as that can just create hard bulk. Maybe check with your pharmacist? I find licorice good too. I don't find Wazza's pear juice helps and the nurses have said some women just find it bloating. I also find hydralyte good to increase hydration and that helps with medication-induced constipation. Good luck hun.

PS. DH once had a massive bleed after a BM - we packed his jocks with sanitary napkins and took him to ED. They examined him, he was home that night and follow up colonoscopy was all good. These things can just happen. In retrospect it was quite funny as he was quite intrigued by sanitary napkins!
