Pred and meds do me no favours. On the upside im not getting any bruising from clexane except pin prick ones where needle actually goes in. Is this normal?
That is great if you are just getting a pin prick - I get those most of the time, but I think it is when I add the Pregnyl, I then get massive bruises - or maybe they are too close together? Now my stomach is one massive bruise and my cat always manages to find the spot I put the needle in and starts kneading away. She is perfect, so I can't reject her, but ouch! If I am pregnant I'll have to get some sort of protector for my tummy as she is 17 and will always be our first baby. Apparently a lot of women stay on Clexane for the duration and a bit beyond, so I'm not looking forward to that.

I find the progesterone like sleeping tablets, which is great as I've always been an insomniac, but not great for day-to-day functioning!

@winsor congratulations on getting your ad in. Can't wait to hear about your potential donors.
@Summer I hope the FS appointment went well for you. You deserve something to go right for a change.
@Tahli things are really aligning for a brilliant TET for you. So freakin exciting. Can't wait for that first POAS.

Speaking of TET anyone know when Vixjc is going to test?

Also wondering how @MamaKes did with her travelling donor.

Might have to go and stalk some other threads.

I'm reading along, I've got AF pain and it's making me feel like Sh!t and all i can take is panadols which don't match up to the usual naprogesics. I was thinking how over the period pain I am and that after this baby making quest is complete I'm going on that contraceptive to stop the things from coming at all. Seriously who needs this pain every month!!

hoping all the pupo ladies are going well and the symptoms will turn into real symptoms very soon. Who is at what stage? @Gagingi what day are you up to? Your kitty sounds beautiful, mine does the kneading too and it's cute but hurts!
@Tahli I cracked up at your vision of the puppy, 4 year old and triplets! Bloody hilarious!! Congrats on becoming mummy to the embies, let's hope these guys are the ones (or just one!). I have a ffriend who is a triplet, he and his brother are id twins and they have a sister. The fact that they were a natural phenomenon just blows my mind! Twins is doable, triplets..not so much! You'd need a housekeeper just so you had one more pair of hands hehe.

hi to everyone, I'm officially starting the injections on Friday, had to push the point that I'm going to 400fsh as the nurse had me down for the 375 I'm usually on. She was adamant they don't go that high, so I was bloody adamant that she check what the dr had written and that it was my last cycle. Don't cross me today biatch!!

I am sure you will @winsor. It would be very nice if the universe cooperated and you met a lovely PD quickly.

thanks, I hope so too. we're down as 'no contact preferred except in future if the child wants to'. so I'm not sure if that narrows our choices by a lot or if there's enough potential donors OK with that on there already. you've got to be in it to win it as they say, so all we can do now is try

sorry you're not feeling well @tuxcat (& thanks for posting on my ad so now it's off 0 replies). do you have endo? could that be part of the pain. I hope you feel better soon.

@winsor that would be my preference too if I was looking for a donor. My DH actually said he wouldn't mind being a SD if there was an option for complete anonymity (he wouldn't want any contact even after they were 18). Not that he would be accepted. After 2 cancers and various other conditions I think he would be in the "Thanks, but no thanks category".

I don't think that narrows donors to be honest. The PD we've been talking to is not expecting an ongoing relationship but is open to it if it develops organically. It's how we feel too. She's so lovely that it's entirely possible and I didn't expect to feel that way.

i think it's the adenomyosis that's causes the pain, I had a lap in 2012 and they only found very minor endo and I've always had fairly significant AF pain so who knows!
