Girls, I read that someone on here had gone through rounds of IVF and then used IUI (maybe with donor sperm) and got a BFP. Has anyone heard of that?? Just looking for options if my next couple of IVF cycles don't work.

@Tahli no not at all - I'm happy to talk about any of it which anyone who is interested
I'm not following the costs that and haven't been sent any info yet but I think from memory it's about $1100.
The system changes depending of who you're with - if I change to Wazza I have to choose a new donor - which is why I didn't back away from Monash this time at the start.
I got 3 choices and then if your still not happy ask for more.
They only give 3 at a time I think.
If your going through Monash - Lyndsey I think that's her name is really helpful and accommodating.
I think there was about 8or 10 all up to choose from.
I think QFG uses Zytec so they might have more choices.

I considered that actually. But it's been over a week since we went out and it only started hurting a few days ago. Not sure TBH but I guess we'll get to the bottom of it soon

I am not in pain which I thought I would be and came out of the anaesthetic feeling well. The anaesthetist said he would put something in to help me. I felt so old when I saw him and felt like asking if he was on year 10 work experience. He looked so young.

I was crying in recovery and when my poor husband walked in he thought they collected 0. I was emotional as we last conceived in July and were due this week. I can't keep looking back though. Now to have a sleep.

Five is absolutely fab hon! Well done you! Now I will for some great fertilisation rates for you tomorrow. Can't wait to hear your news!
