Thanks @tuxcat. I'd certainly like to give it a go. I'm going to write up a few different protocols this arvo and see which one sits best with me.
I'm going to feel guilty which ever way I go - LB and Dr W suggesting a basic protocol and Dr M suggesting a full immune protocol. I'm acutely aware @JulieMalooley and @Chiefsgirl didn't have success until they did a Dr M kitchen sink cycle.
On cycle 4 and 6 I had good implantation. The best was cycle 4 with a hatching blast & B5AB and a fairly simple protocol compared to cycle 6 with 2 x B5AAs and a full immune protocol.
I feel psychologically ready for a chilled out Zen cycle!!
@Bongley If you have a moment, would you mind posting the details of your successful natural FET. I'm wondering how much of it I could follow.

I've been given the go ahead from CFC to transfer my 3 donated embryos, however my nurse has expressed great concern over their quality & whether to transfer them. They are day 5 blastocysts...1 x B3AB and 2 x B2. The B3AB is fine to try and the second two are exceptionally iffy.
I still have my B5AA in CT but I can't mix that with one of the above and I've had no on-going pregnancy from that batch of embryos.
Add to the mix, my ex is transferring enough money this weekend for me to do a fresh cycle. Apparently not running him through with the garden fork has it's benefits.
(Please keep in my mind that my embryo donor reads this thread when replying, ta.)
Just went to google to refresh my memory on what the gradings mean. First result came back with a lady transfering a 3CC who got a bfp. Love these stories.
Google tells me:
6 = hatched
5 = hatching
4= fully expanded
2 and 1 are both early blasts
Does that sound correct?
This blastocyst grading system assigns 3 separate quality scores to each blastocyst embryo:
1. Blastocyst development stage - expansion and hatching status
2. Inner cell mass (ICM) score, or quality
3. Trophectoderm (TE) score, or quality
Expansion grade - Blastocyst development and stage status
1. Blastocoel cavity less than half the volume of the embryo
2. Blastocoel cavity more than half the volume of the embryo
3. Full blastocyst, cavity completely filling the embryo
4. Expanded blastocyst, cavity larger than the embryo, with thinning of the shell
5. Hatching out of the shell
6. Hatched out of the shell
ICM grade - Inner cell mass quality
A - Many cells, tightly packed
B - Several cells, loosely grouped
C - Very few cells
TE grade - Trophectoderm quality
A - Many cells, forming a cohesive layer
B - Few cells, forming a loose epithelium
C - Very few large cells

hmmm @Tahli thats a few options there hey. FWIW what about going with your original plan, the donated embies, and doing the zen minimal drugs approach and transferring all 3? Save your cash in case you need to start a fresh cycle, but you've got embies there and you want to try the minimal drug thing.
Then if you need plan B, you can go for the full Dr M thing and start a fresh cycle.
Given the timing constraints to be there for May, its probably easier and less stressful to try the minimal approach anyway. And cheaper so if it works you've won on all fronts and if it doesn't then you can go head first and have all the time you need to properly do Dr M's thing without being a stressed out mess trying to fit it all in to the timelines.
What grade is your last embie? Im not really up to speed on grades but compared to the gifted ones?
Also just want to say to the amazing BubHubber who has gifted these to tahli how beautiful that is
@infinity888 thats perfect fert results!! Thats how mine usually go too. Enjoy the movies, great distraction!
any chance you can stay over there for a month and do 2 FETs if you have to with the donated embies and your final one?
@tuxcat Great idea, I'd love to do that....but I can only leave my son for a few nights. I pack him up to go on a super dooper exciting holiday with Daddy so he doesn't even know I've left our house, and I promise I'll be waiting on the front step of our porch with huge Mummy cuddles when he gets back from his exciting holiday. Hence only staying in CT for 1 night.
@faithandhopellove I love those stories too! Keep them coming!!
