@amie999 and @Tinachris, I'm so sorry. I'm so devastated for you. Bl00dy IVF can be awful when we go through so much and end up without a take home baby. Take time to mourn your losses and fingers crossed something spectacular will be waiting for you sometime in the future. Xxx

Big hugs hon. I hope you and @Infinity both know that you are welcome here any time. This thread is more than just IVF - we are friends. Wishing you both peace as you navigate your way forward from here

For the love of God, we need some good news around here.

I also believe at Monash you pay for a transfer on a stim cycle but if there is nothing to transfer is that just added to the money you pay for nothing anyway? I'm grieving the loss of never having a biological child and the money I've thrown down the toilet on this last attempt with a high cost clinic.

My clinic always called me after my cycles failed hon. You don't work for them, you don't have to call them and tell them. They should be following up with you

I *think* if you have a failed cycle with Monash and you pre-paid, you can get the transfer cost refunded. Not the whole cycle, just the transfer part. That being said, from what I've heard that only amounts to a couple of hundred bucks or so - nothing significant.

I'm so sorry this hasn;t worked for you hon, and yes, some women do struggle with giving up on their OE and moving on from there. Take some time to grieve what will not be and then focus your attention on how you want to move forward.

Are donor eggs an option for you? That might potentially be a Plan B you could explore. How about donor embies? You can advertise on sites for those (EDA being one of them) and potentially that could work out much cheaper than doing a full stim cycle with a donor.

Also, do what I did - assess everything you own and see what you can do without! We sold SO MUCH stuff before our last cycle, it really helped alleviate some of the financial stress of our cycle. Finally, are you in a position where you can borrow money? Personal loan? Access some super early through DHS? Or are you ready to move on and draw a line in the sand? There are many options and things you can consider as you move forward.

    Big hugs
