@Bongley Is that how you ended up with a frozen embryo when you thought the precious last one had been transferred?

@Tahli That's right yes. So the egg pick up was in August, in September they told me that 3 out of 4 embryos were normal. I did 2 BFN FETs. Then the 3rd 'last' FET in December and I think it was something like the 23rd of December the embryologist called to tell me that the abnormal embryo had been through quality control testing and been re-classed as normal. So while it is comforting to know that they are so thorough with the testing it does make you wonder how many embryos get tossed that may have worked. Not to say that that last frozen one would result in a bfp. That would make for an anxious pregnancy.

So she has a soft spot in my heart, though she scared the pants off me . Julie was my fav too and I really like the red haired nurse. And Di who does the bloods is hilarious, we had some funny conversations.

Best of luck today @Gagingi I'll be stalking

FWIW my embryo that was classed as abnormal then re-classed as normal, it had some abnormality to it (they mentioned mosaics, I didn't quite understand at that point, I'd just found out my BFP so didn't really investigate further). They said that I would have to have the usual chromosome blood tests and checks if I did get pregnant with that embryo.....so I guess its the equivalent of an untested embryo now, not sure one way or the other.
@Bongley - I have read a bit about mosaicism paricularly in the context of amnios. I'll give the nurse the benefit of the doubt and assume that's the kind of thing she meant but didn't express it that well!

I've been for BT and should get that around lunchtime. I did a FRER and it's a feint positive. Test line is much lighter than the control... I guess I need to wait to talk to the nurse. 18DPO.

Yes looking very good as long as your bloods are above 100 they will be happy and based of that I bet your bloods will be 200 plus. Wazza strikes again
