@Caesardust I was told if using double at the same time it needed to be front and back or the body won't absorb it all. Three of Wazza's nurses have told me this. If you cannot cope with that then I'd split the dose into 4 seperate doses spread throughout the day and you need to lie down for 20-30 minutes.

So as far as I'm aware you should still take the pregnyl even though your p4 is high as they are different things.
@infinity888 this is my understanding too. It is to prolong the luteal phase and I know for me it doesn't matter how much progesterone I'm on AF will still arrive, but with Pregnyl AF arrives 4 or so days post BT. I suspect my first IVF was chemical and unsuccessful due to short LP (pre Wazza). Wazza always has me take them every 3 days (the 3 doses) and says to allow 7 days for 1500 to be gone for BT (but HPT gone much faster).

I know im only 10dpo and theres still time but that line should be darker either way and its not. I must metabolise pregnyl fast. I will confirm on bt in a wk but it is what it is. I'm sorry for taking you all on my roller coaster i feel such a fool for being excited about gut feelings and trigger positives. Grrr ah well. To all the other ladies in twt im sending my baby dust to you and fx for lots of incoming bfps. Ill check back in when i can. On the upside i have 2days off to cry before i have to face work again. Take care everyone to all
the levels are so low at 10dpo (to measure accurately on a stick) so I think it's still too early to call as they say on election night!

@infinity888 you've probably seen this, but I know I look at it multiple times during TWT. Also need to remember that embies can implant late (up to day 12 apparently) so they might still be at work. How far along was the embryo you transferred?

This is what happens in a 5 day (blastocyst) transfer:

1 day post transfer - Blastocyst hatches out of shell on this day
2 days post transfer - Blastocyst attaches to a site on the uterine lining
3 days post transfer - Implantation begins, as the blastocyst begins to bury in the lining
4 days post transfer - Implantation process continues and blastocyst buries deeper in the lining
5 days post transfer - Blastocyst is completely implanted in the lining and has placenta cells & fetal cells
6 days post transfer - Placenta cells begin to secret HCG in the blood
7 days post transfer - More HCG is produced as fetus develops
8 days post transfer - More HCG is produced as fetus develops
9 days post transfer - HCG levels are now high enough to be immediately detected on HPT

I'm not doing a transfer but apparently my FS makes you use them anyway so that af comes back on time and normal. I'm happy to go back door and front gate though as two in the front gate sounds messy and I can't be lying down at work twice a day!

@Blossom74 thank you I'm going to stay off the pos until next week then!".
I think I'll want to drown myself in a red wine at the sight of a bfn.
Testing just before Mother's Day too just upsets me. Fortunately I'm not around my ex's kids this year too. That made it unbearable last time.
Funny what things can cause me to get really upset.
