Default So paranoid! Maternal decreasing heart rate

Hi mummies, I'm currently 6w3 d and just looked at my fitbit and noticed my resting heart rate has decreased over the past few days. I'm worried this may mean an impending miscarriage as I know your heart rate is supposed to stay high during pregnancy. Thoughts? I'm so worried

I don't think that your fitbit is a reliable enough guide to worry too much. Those wrist monitors have been shown to be fairly inaccurate.

    Good luck with your pregnancy.
