I honestly can't even remember when I last took my earrings out. I just wear tiny diamond studs- I look ridiculous in big earrings as I'm very petite.
I turn them every now and again so they don't get stuck.
I do own other earrings but I feel them and they annoy me so just stick to my little studs with the butterfly backs.

I have a pair of white gold and diamond 'huggies'. They are so comfy to wear and feel secure.

Same. I have a few pairs of huggies. I take all my jewellery off except these. If I wear studs I can't sleep in them. They also stab me!

I've always worn earrings to bed I just make sure they have a secure clasp. At the moment I have hoops about 20c piece size.

I always wear my sleepers to bed - one in each ear.

I've always worn my studs to bed (just standard chemist studs - may even be the original ones my mum bought me 30yrs ago haha) and they never bother me. I don't wear sleepers, I'm sure it's a mind game but I always think the holes are closing over with the thinner posts

I wear my diamond studs to bed, I mostly don't feel them. I've been wearing these earrings since DH gave them to me for our wedding day 4.5 years ago and I only take them out to clean every couple of weeks. Before these I wore small hoops. If I took them out every day I would either lose them or forget to put them back in!

I usually wear my earrings to bed, both stud and small hoop. I do have a few pairs that stab into me that need to be taken out.

I've got a sleeper and stud in both ears and never take them out. The only one that ever bothered me is the one up the top (mental blank 🙄) that just always hurt, even now 20yrs after getting it pierced. Need to try a sleeper or Labret bar in there.
