    Default Recipes with cauliflower?

I have a lot of it, and would normally make cauliflower/brocolli/macaroni cheese, but DS seems to hate that (which is insane because it's delicious!!).

Suggestions on what else to do with it?

Cauliflower and white bean soup, it's awesome. Cook and blend both, use stock and onions and that's about it. Maybe some nutmeg coriander etc.

I use it in lieu of mashed potato. I love it!

    - Crumble it up and use it as a substitute for rice (or make fried rice)
    - Make a cauliflower base pizza
    - Make a curry - cauliflower tastes great in a curry
    - vege patties/burgers
    - cauliflower tots (like potato gems)

There's loads of cauliflower recipes on Pinterest - I just had a peek and had to close it down as the recipes were making me hungry

Ooh these all sound great but I think this is the winner for today, toddler friendly finger foods are a bonus!
    Thanks all!

We also use cauli for mash instead of potato. Lately I've also been doing a cauli and broc bake instead of potato bake, it tastes amazing.
