Default So wonderfully scared right now

So, I am 34 years old and have been struggling with PCOS my whole adult life. I have been off birth control for two years now. I have very irregular AF nod my last proper one was in December. I had just accepted the fact that I may never have kids... And then my boobs started hurting, I am super tired all of a sudden, my nose is stuffy and now this faint pink line on a pregnancy test... I am trying to up load an image but the app says I don't have permission.. But what do you guys think?

You need to post 5 times before you can upload a photo, I think.

Well went to the doctors and had a positive result there on Thursday. I started cramping and bleeding Friday. And did a hpt today and came up negative. Going to the doctors Monday but it doesn't look good.
