slightly peeved at dh for organizing some friends to come over tomo for morning tea. they're coming around 11am but I was hoping for a sleep in/not having to get up and start making food. and I'm not even thinking about cleaning. dh can give the downstairs loo a once over 😂

I feel your pain. Got up at 4:30am to go to the flower market for my friend, came home and did a few loads of washing, changed sheets, wrote shopping list, ran some errands, did groceries, put groceries away, prepared lunch for ILs who said they weren't coming for lunch (luckily I happened to buy enough food), entertained them for a bit, prepped dinner for the slow cooker, prepped a couple of meals for this week, made 24 lemon tarts and 24 Banoffee tarts for friends daughters baptism tomorrow, now have to wrap the gift, shower and wash my hair and maybe try to finish sewing the dress for my daughter to wear to the baptism. Crazy busy day!

spending a night at home alone with DS even though I'm not really meant to & thinking it wasn't such a great idea (we did have a good day together though - it has all just got a bit too much)

I am over it. So over being awake for 2 hours woth DD nowhere near sleeping. Sick of being sick. I am getting worse again as my throat is now killing me. Of course I can't get better. I never get any freaking sleep.

Wide awake. Totally failed at date night last night. Went to the drive in where dull headache escalated to migraine. Left before movies even started. Got home ran upstairs and spent the next 10min vomiting violently. Everything I'd eaten that day came up, including brunch from 8hrs previously. In bed by 8:30pm. Now awake with dull headache and raw throat having had 7hrs sleep already. Feel totally rotten but at least the nausea disappeared with the vomiting!
