Christ i feel a bit over it by the end of the day and I'm barely 3 months in 😂

I intend to wean before he knows what's what lol
I wish I had at least night weaned before he really cottened onto it! Dreading it! But I'm planning on doing it soon, once DH and I get enough energy and DS isnt sick. We're really down to before bed and over night and then sometimes during the day when he's upset and sick.

Definitely habit and comfort. I would say about 3-4 times overnight, he normally ends up with us after the first one. My DD was the same.

I also think my cycle contributes to how I feel about it. My nipples get sensitive and cant standing feeding. I'll probably be over it by next week lol

I am not coping. But thankfully DH noticed without me saying a word.

He got DS to sleep. Took DD from me and gave some kid free time.

Laughing with a 4 yr old sitting next to me about how his daddy's plane is going to land. Apparently it just falls out of the sky then daddy appears !!!

I am feeling resentful at DH who is casually kicking back watching Netflix while I spend hours settling DS2, clean the kitchen, express milk only to have DS2 reawaken 5 minutes later, and now refeeding and resettling him so that he can wake me up in 2 hours again and repeat cycle until dawn. And DH complains he is tired.
All I want for Mother's Day is a break from mothering!
