I'm all about the disposables I have to say! With two on the way, and no family close by to help me (bar for the first couple
Of weeks when my mum will come and stay) I just couldn't imagine the washing! Add to that we Live in a small town that hasn't had rain for a good number of years (until recently) and water restrictions are always just a whisper away, cloth nappies aren't really an option for us.

TTC that's fabulous news about Zoe feeding! Here's hoping she keeps it up 😊

I've finally packed my baby bag *woohoo*, just my hospital bag to go now!

MrsTugs- I love that you are so handy on the sewing machine and crafty things- I am useless!! Well I really just don't have the patience tbh!! Good work though. PS when does your stitch come out? That can't be far off now!

Hope all is well with everyone- I've only got 12 days to go!! Woohoo!! Soooo uncomfortable atm!! Downward pressure with every step and I feel like I'm squashing these little girls with every move!! Xo

Here's my drawer of nappies. I have more but they're stored somewhere. These are one size fits all but I have some sized ones too.

Haha I'm not handy, I'm crazy this is going to be my first sewing project since I was about 12 years old!

I get really frustrated when people tell me I'll "give up" on cloth. It's really not that much different. Instead of throwing the dirty nappy in the bin you throw the dirty nappy in a pail. Add one load of washing. Don't get me wrong I respect anyone who cbf but I wish people around me would give me benefit of the doubt!!

I have my ECV appt on 15th to turn Bub head down. If that is successful and Bub doesn't go into distress then the stitch comes out that day! I've stopped progesterone so my cervix should start to show signs of failing some time n the next week also I imagine. I'm trying to time it but it's not an exact science haha

    Eep! That's so exciting MrsT!

I can't have an ECV because of my placenta position but my hospital has a breech clinic so if Bub doesn't go vertex I'll be trying a breech birth if she's presenting bum not foot first!

I will be shipped out 100km away if I want to attempt a breech birth. I would love to try but that would be such a PITA.

Starting to get nervous, excited and relieved all at once.

We had our physio for labour class today. Was quite informative. Lots of positions for early labour, as well as active labour.
So feeling calmer knowing some tips and tricks.
And hubby learned some good massage tricks. Hehe going to have to get him "practice" those a few times a day.

Feeling relieved as well in that 36 weeks is in sight (Wed) and so far we've avoided preterm labour. After a not so straight forward pregnancy am so glad I've made it this far and obs says there is nothing that makes it look like she'll come before 40 weeks. Want to be induced at 39 1/2 w if it hasn't happened already.

Nervous that we've almost reached the point where it can happen any day. I know realistically that 'any day' won't be for a few more weeks but every twinge, every uncomfortableness makes me think 'is this it?'

On the other side of the coin, I can't wait to meet that little person inside of me!

I secretly want to be induced or go into labour naturally and have baby on 8th Aug ... Other than a lucky date for our little fire monkey (8/8/16), it's my dad's bday. His first biological granddaughter would be a pretty awesome birthday present!
But if she comes early then that's also pretty cool
