    Not offensive to me.
    Just a really stupid marketing campaign. I am not sure what their objective was, I assume to increase the number of burger deliveries, however I don't think this execution will provide that result. There is nothing appealing with this at all.

    The only part I find offensive is the word 'deliver'. Doctors don't deliver babies - mothers give birth!
