Default What are your favourite lip products?

What do you wear on your lips? Gloss? Lipstick? Lip tint? Balm?

I think I need to lift my lip game.

I'm intrigued by those new matte liquid lipsticks, but I'm not sure.

What do you love and recommend?

I don't wear any makeup but do use lip balm. I use the Hurraw lip balms, my favourite is the vanilla bean. They are organic and vegan. leave your lips feeling nice and soft!

I'm a lip product w.hore. I have in excess of 25 lip products and that's not including balms 😮
My go to balm is Naturalus paw paw ointment. I also love Natio tinted balms.
I mostly use my E.L.F matte lip pencils or Australis Go Long lipsticks when I want colour. I have a couple of the Australis velour lipsticks which are super matte. I love the look on other people but not on me. I find they really highlight the lines in my lips which in turn draw attention to the fine lines I'm getting as I get older (I'm 37). My lips are in top condition so it's nothing to do with dryness, just that I don't suit super matte. The E.L.F pencils are matte but not liquid-to-matte so they don't settle into lines as much. I also love E.L.F lipstick/gloss and Models Prefer have a nice range of glosses but they're quite sticky and the highly pigmented ones go on a bit blotchy. The pale colours are lovely though.

(NB I don't use any high end brands so can only waffle on about cruelty free brands which tend to be Priceline or chemists).

Ummmm I wear everything. Although lips are usually super dry so avoid the matte ones.

This summer I was a fan of the gloss/stain lip products.

Oh, the Too Faced Melted lip products have been a favourite too.

My friend, who is known for her love of Chanel, MAC, insert other $$ brands here, was given a secret Santa gift of a Sportsgirl lipstick - she tried it and it's now her go to lipstick. She got me onto them and they are great - well priced (around $10) and come in amazing colours - bright to nude to dark. They wear really well and feel nice on.

Also, have a look at Beauty Heaven online, they have tonnes of reviews of make up products.

I wear the Australis velourlips (liquid to matte) or Jane Iredale if I want a creamy lipstick.

Priceline have 40% off all cosmetics today and tomorrow, so you could buy a few different types and play around ☺

I'm a bit of makeup hoarder. I've used and tried just about everything. Some of my favourite lip products are by Gerard cosmetics , they're both affordable and great quality. They offer a range of matte liquids, satins, glosses and in the most dreamy shades. Can usually get 3 for $20 online.

    Other go to brands;
too faced melted range (the new melted chocolate range is to die for),

Color pop (extremely affordable)- huge fan of their liquid mattes and often use their lip liners on their own,

Rimmel Kate moss range, can often get them at 50% off at chemist warehouse. Great quality.
