Default which order? woollen topper first or mattress protector first

    Hi everyone.
This may be a silly question, but Ive just bought myself a woollen mattress topper and was wondering which order do i put it on my bed? Is it:

    Mattress
    Protector
    Woollen topper
    Sheets

    Or

    Mattress
    woollen topper
    Protector
    Sheets

If any one can help me settle this, it will be very much appreciated
    Thanks

Depends on how much you want to wash when they wee or spew on it. I would put the mattress protector over the woolen underlay

    I was thinking:
    Matress
Protector ( to protect the mattress)
    Woolen topper
    Sheets

Is the woollen topper dry clean or machine wash? If dry clean put it under the mattress protector.

I put the topper on under the waterproof protector, DD once in a blue moon will wet the bed and I find the mattress protector quicker and easier to dry than the mattress topper.

I don't think there is a right way. Just go whichever way you find most comfortable.

I think the right way is protector, woollen underlay, sheet.

Thanks everyone. I will try it with the mattress protector over the woollen topper.
Just thought that it might take away from the benefits of the wool by covering it with a protector and then sheets..
Guess i will try both says at some stage to see if there is any difference.
    Thanks again
