    Default Almost positive opk

Vent - This is so frustrating! I have cycles that are up to 60 days long and don't always ovulate, but my OPK's are almost positive now at cd20. Do you think this will be positive in the next few days? I cant figure out how to add a photo. I can only try once or twice per cycle so it's crucial I get the timing right but I just never know when I'll ovulate thanks

Do you have pcos? Apparently opks aren't great to use if you do as you get multiple positives but don't necessarily o. I would suggest temping bbt. It doesn't predict o but will confirm that you have and you might be able to see a pattern to it.

Ok. How annoying for you! :/

That opk is definitely not positive yet. But if it's gotten darker in the last few days you could be gearing up to o. You generally o 14 days before af arrives so if you're going to have a 60 day cycle, you won't o until cd46! What's the shortest cycle you have?

Yup it's definitely been getting darker so fingers crossed! The annoying thing is that my cycles vary from 25 to 60 days so no help really lol

That sucks! Is there any pattern...like short one cycle, long the next? You might just need to invest in a lot of ic opks!

Nope, no pattern! Today the opk is a lot lighter so who knows, maybe I won't ovulate this cycle. Yes I have like a 100 ic opks lol

You could have had a short surge. Or maybe your geared up to o but then it didn't happen? Do you track other signs - like cm?

I would have thought if you were on clomid you would o within a certain amount of time from taking it?
