    Default 😫 sooo bloated

:-( please tell me this settles down
My first I was never like this I'm 10 weeks on Friday and some days feel like I'm 30 I've gone from feeling loose in a 12 to tight in a 14. My doctors weighed me and is more then happy with where my weight gain is at. Are there certain things I can avoid that cause my bloating then others? I always find the day I feel my biggest the next day I have gas really bad but it only seems to settle for a day or 2 then starts again (noticed this since 5 weeks) anything even assurance that it won't keep being like this would help lol

I had serious bloating with my second - at 10 weeks I'd have dinner and suddenly looked like I was third trimester! It settled down a little way into second trimester - the way I was bloated I was sure I was going to get busted before we were ready to tell people! Eating smaller amounts more frequently seemed to help.

I'm struggling with this too but I'm only 6 weeks with my first and because of my small frame you can see a very obvious bump if I wear anything tight. I'm not really gassy or uncomfortable but I cannot wait to get out of my jeans when I get home every day! I usually bloat before AF but this is much more prominent than usual and I'm wondering how soon it'll become obvious to everyone else! Got my early dating scan in 10 days and can't help wondering if we might find more than one in there!

Well there's quite a few twins on my moms side, although last one to have twins was my aunt (who actually had two sets of twins from different fathers, fraternal and identical) 😳
