Never too late! Last day of the month would still be early enough to join
@Tamtam most of the WW recipes are very nice. I love their cookbooks or the recipe in the magazine. I prefer to find new inspiration that way rather than using the website. However I believe that all the recipes that are in the cookbooks/magazine are online.

Lately I have tried the "Creamy mustard chicken with lentils" and loved it. So filling and easy/quick to put together. Check out for the recipe on the WW website. Let me know if you can't find it

Thanks. I will look that up. Love creamy sauces!
I tried putting a few of my recipes in to work out points. Was excited that my katsu curry was not that many points. Yum!
Not so excited that my cup of tea is 2 points though.
I really want to be successful. I just keep putting on weight. :/

I've done it before and it's great! Very incremental and I find it pretty manageable. I also find running is good for my mental health, feel good endorphins seem to flow freely 😄

Gastro has hit our house. Good news is I lost 1kg loved seeing 87 on the scales but I know it's not real once I start eating again it will go back up!
I started exercising and this has made me stop I'm so weak. Few days to recover than will be back to it

I'm still not losing, despite roughly tracking my calories and working out hard this week. It's driving me so insane.

And apparently the whole "muscle weighs more than fat" theory is true but the rate you lose weight is weigh faster than the rate that you build muscle so even if you lost 1kg, there is no way you would gain 1kg in muscle in the same period of time.

I need to go to the GP and get my hormone levels checked, I spend all my bloody free time at the gym!
