Joining. I just ordered scales so will weigh myself tomorrow morning.
At the start of the year I was eating well and following an exercise program from an app and then the travelling got on top of me and I fell into my bad habits - wine most nights, the odd packed of chips, munching on DS food etc.
I would love to be more toned by the European summer (July/August) and hopefully get a BFP in the coming months
Yesterday I started the day with lemon water, went for a 40min fast walk, smoothie (banana, blueberries, spinach, homemade almond milk), small Japanese soup for lunch, pear, latte, 30min resistance exercise once DS went to bed and homemade pumpkin and coconut soup for dinner, chamomile tea and NO CHOCOLATE!
I think I know what I need to do.. I just need to stick with it!
