    Joining. I just ordered scales so will weigh myself tomorrow morning.
    At the start of the year I was eating well and following an exercise program from an app and then the travelling got on top of me and I fell into my bad habits - wine most nights, the odd packed of chips, munching on DS food etc.
    I would love to be more toned by the European summer (July/August) and hopefully get a BFP in the coming months
    Yesterday I started the day with lemon water, went for a 40min fast walk, smoothie (banana, blueberries, spinach, homemade almond milk), small Japanese soup for lunch, pear, latte, 30min resistance exercise once DS went to bed and homemade pumpkin and coconut soup for dinner, chamomile tea and NO CHOCOLATE!
    I think I know what I need to do.. I just need to stick with it!

    😠 chocolate + no exercise + af = not a very good weigh in this morning. I lost 1kg last week but he came back this week and brought some friends with him. Up 2.2kg. So starting weight for April is 98.3kg 😕 I don't want to see the scales this high again. No more chocolate and back into exercise. I can do this!

    Hi everyone, since losing alot of weight about 18mths ago i have had a slow creeping of weight gain. Now, some of my work outfits dont fit. Also i have been eating larger lunches at work. I would like to lose 6kgs. What i would really like to do is a 4 week boot camp with The Commando, but thats not going to happen lol. Good luck everyone.

    Hello ladies!

    Checking in at 69.9kg this morning. I'd like to be at 66.9 by the end of the month.

    To achieve this, I'll keep tracking my food everyday, stay away from alcohol and be active every day.

    I also go to a weekly weight watchers meeting and it's like therapy! 😂

    65kg. I don't want to be too caught up on numbers (more how my jeans fit!) but I will work towards 60kg by the end of May. Weigh in next Friday.

    Default April Weight Loss Challenge

    Hi all. I'm in for this month once we get home from camping (April 5th). I lost 3.1 kg in January then another .7 in February. Was maintaining until we went to Fiji for a week in march (which I expected - I drank a LOT of cocktails ). When we got home I had a really stressful few weeks at work and ate badly. So mad at myself😡. I've gained 1.8kg, probably 2 by next week (given that I'm drinking gin as I type). Anyway, I'm determined to get back on the straight and narrow once this little holiday is over.

    Ah and I've got the WW meeting in the morning...

    I'm in. I have completely lost the plot. DH and I have a night away on Sunday and after that I'm on the straight and narrow.

    I've been AWOL for a few months but ready to jump back in!

    I'm back to around 68kg, jeans no longer fitting etc. I'm still breastfeeding but bubs is now 10 months so I'm not so worried about supply etc.

    High fat, low carb here we come!

    A few days late but I am in. Was asked at work if I was pregnant so need to shift those kg. Aiming to lose 3 kg and some strength training. ...same goals since January !
