    Fabulous! I went to my first meeting last night and weighed in. So it has started in earnest today and my goal is to lose 5kg in May.

    Yay. What was the meeting like? I'm very anxious about meeting people so I didn't sign up for meetings.
    5kgs is totally doable I think if you stay on track.

    When I reach first little goal - lose 5kgs I'm going to treat myself to a manicure.

    It was pretty good. Quite a few people from all different walks of life and swapping ideas and tips. I didn't really need to chat to anyone but they were all very warm and welcoming. Yep I'm going to treat myself with something too, not sure what yet... I'm definitely not going to weigh myself at home, so Wednesday is my weigh in day at the meeting which is evening and fully clothed so I'm like 2kg heavier than what I consider myself 😁😳

    My official WI is at night too and I'm 2kg heavier also.

    The time when the weather turn cold wasn't fun either. I went from wearing shorts, light tshirt and flip flops to boots jeans and jumper. No loss that week 😂

    That was my goal for the month of April so very pleased to have made it 😊

    3kg gone and only 1.9kg away from goal 😳😱😁

    Similar goal Marie, my goal is 69.9kg (so basically under 70kg) by mid-may. I was 72.4kg earlier this week so I'm hoping it's fairly achievable. See you in the May thread 😊
