What did you eat yesterday? Anything salty or carby? That would drive water retention.

Same if you're not drinking enough water?

Not really. I've been tracking...my weight was up yesterday too. I've been drinking tons of water. Peeing all the time! Lol
    Yesterday I ate
    Bacon egg muffin 7sp
    Strawberries
Vitaweat crackers with tomato and cream cheese
    Grapes
Steamed veggies and 150g of chicken with mushrooms/dijon/dash of light cream - 5sp
And a choc mousse - light.
    Only used 31 points yesterday.

I hope the scales drop on Monday weigh in I've been walking too. Plus spent all week writing assignments...and not snacking while I do it!

That's odd. I WI every day and sometimes my body does that too.

It's like it's holding on its dear kgs. I read somewhere that at some point during a diet you'd get a plateau.
Our bodies don't like losing weight, it's send alarm bells off. Therefore they do what they can to stabilise the weight.

But if you keep at it you'll break through it!

Well its only my second week. I moved my scales and possibly they were on an uneven surface because it bounced back to where I was!

I even went out for breakfast. .ordered poached eggs with wholemeal toast. Poached eggs are my favourite so that's not hard. But I do miss hollandaise sauce. Pizza in pita bread for lunch!

I have had only four days at the gym this week, and two weeks ahead are short weeks. I seem to be stuck around 72kg. since October. !!! anyway, I will keep doing as much exercise as I can, and watch my portions. I have lost 10kgs. so I know it does work. I like how my clothes are fitting. even a size 12 dress was very loose on me. marie.

    April 1st- 90.1kg
    April 24th - 87.2

    Total loss -2.9kg

I'm so close to my goal for this month of losing 4kgs but with only 6 days to go not sure I can lose 1kg in that time! Hopefully I can see an 86 by the end of the week.
Hoping to finish the week strong.

    Default April Weight Loss Challenge

Yay I'm finally starting to see weight loss AND strength - previously I could only do push ups on my knees but tonight I did 4 on my toes with ease while hubby couldn't do one 😃

Congrats to everyone with their losses!
