@aime999 and @Tahli I've just moved to monash and so far I've found them pretty disorganised and unsure of what's going on. I am putting my faith in my FS and praying he is going to come through for me but I'm pretty sure he is not taking into account much of what I did through my previous clinic. This irks me as I don't want to start back at the beginning. So I've been a bit pushy asking for other meds like the trental that @Charlie74 mentioned and more info on my lap. My previous nurse at the other clinic was so good I miss her already. I haven't even met my monash one in person as she wasn't in the day I was supposed to see her.

@Maxwellsmum 25 eggs is a haul. What dose was your donor on? Woohoo.

Sorry there won't be a transfer. The lining issue is such a disappointment but many of use have been there. Did they suggest viagra?

Thanks she was on 250 Gonal.

I have been on the Viagra since Saturday and Tentral. He hasn't said yet but ATM I stay on Progynova 4 x daily and 1 Provera daily plus stay on the Prednistone and he said wait till I get my next bleed then he will start aggressive lining treatment.

He did offer to transfer an average looking embryo but he only did that because he is so caring. When I said no, due to the flight costs and the cycle fees I could tell that he was happy I made that call.

Thank you yes 25 is brilliant I am absolutely rapt there must be a take home baby in there somewhere
Yay on the 25 eggs Luv!!! That's frucking "Eggcellent"!!!!😉😁

Bugger about your lining though😦 (((Hugs)))

Good, old Wazza was still prepared to throw you a bone in the form of an average emby!!! 😊

I think you deserve to give yourself some kind of massive treat....massage/mani/pedi/facial etc for saying no & delaying your gratification until your lining is just right!!!xoxo

P.S.....Wonder what agressive treatment will entail????😐

I was wondering the same thing. I think I am a bit scared already I will share when I know more as it may help some other lovelies on here with their lining issues.
I know I think I love him more. He was so sweet to me and even I heard the relief in his voice when I said no to it. Plus he nick named my donor "burgers" she found him hilarious.

@Tahli I cycle remotely with Wazza BIB was right...in a nut shell you call the clinic on day 1, do scans on day 2 or 3 locally and bloods. They supply the forms and make your appoitments. You call the clinic nurse after your scans she will either tell you your next steps or put wazza on to tell you. You do scans on day 12 as well and bloods, same process as day 2 or 3 and then fly to Brisbane for EPU and ET.
Some people prefer to stay the cycle there or even the time in between EPU and ET but I just fly in and out.
They also email you a plan with all the meds and the days that you follow along with. They post you all your scripts as well. If you need urgent scripts they email them to you to print them off.
If you have any Q's please ask I am happy to share info. x

@Maxwellsmum have you found Wazza and the nurses in general to be accessible ? I haven't heard from Kee at all this cycle and my results have not been great. I'm not even totally convinced he is across my case. Doesn't feel reassuring when there is distance and no communication so hoping Wazza would be different.

Yes @Aimee999 I spoke on the phone to wazza just before, no appointment I just rang to get my scan results and the nurse put me through to him (I actually think he might have had another patient in with him). Last year when I had my miscarriage I called to get blood HCG results (low rising BETA) every 3 to 4 days and almost every time he got on the phone and ran through it with me. Most days he starts work at 5am and he is still there at 5pm. If you call at 7am in the morning he will answer the phone himself.
I usually email them and they reply within 24 hours but if I want to know something urgently or if it is scan results or day 1 then I call them & 8 times out of 10 they put me straight through to warrens nurse or the 2 out of 10 she either calls me back or I hold for her.
I can't fault them really and I know remote cycling is very hard at times and even though my cycle got cancelled it is good because other doctors would go ahead and just transfer but wazza said I can throw back an average embryo into a below average lining, because well it could work but he is honest and he knows it most likely won't work but he tells it like it is.

Wazza loves his progesterone - I'm on 3 X 400 mg a day at the moment. I found out as well that Crinone is approximately 90 mg - a few of us were wondering about this a month or two ago ... My FS#1 used to put me on 2 X 200mg and that was all the support I got. Suspect I have a short luteal phase and think I had a chemical with our first IVF. It's so comforting to know with Wazza that your embies are given their best chance (even if you feel like death barely warmed up).
