, you can have some of my drugs if you want them, Wazza's list is huge. I just realised I have missed a few doses of feldene, I don't think it matters as it is only a few days but
Aimie999 how'd you go getting a hold of Monash, fricking heck oh and no it is not a sign from the god's hun that your cycle is doomed, it is a sign that they are incompetent and need to get their act together, you need to lose your ****e at them, you need to @Blossom74 them
Far out the Monash clinic ph is going straight to voicemail.
I had to call the after hours nurse and she acted like I was panicking for no reason.
My nurse was apparently still there so she said ' oh yes so you can go ahead' relaying a message from my nurse.
No cycle plan paperwork.
She called back and just said they've been really busy.
Bit concerned they can even handle the volume of patients they are doing.
All that aside - have just done first jab !
Anyone using Menapur - do I next leave the rest of the vial in the fridge and use it tomorrow?
good idea @Maxwellsmum. and good luck for your trip to brisvegas tomorrow. for you. will you have some internet access to let us know how it's all going.
I guess you could put me down for DE investigation - but I prob won't start until later next week or the following.
For those that have been following along with my stuff that isn't IVF related - we've been involved in legal proceedings to increase time with DSS from three nights a fortnight to a week about shared care arrangement. We had our interviews for the Family Report and the writer recommended shared care, then we had our first court date and the judge immediately increased it to five nights with comments that we are likely to get shared care if it goes to trial.
Well, trial is coming up and so far the mother has not budged even with the report and comments from the judge. So DH and I were discussing what we could do as it has been quoted that it will cost us $35K to go to trial and we'd much rather settle this before having to spend that amount of money.
We discussed the possibility of splitting the difference and having six nights a fortnight which almost gets us what we wanted and if the mother agreed to that, then we save $35K and avoid trial. When we were tossing up whether to offer that, DH commented that $35K could buy me a new car (such a bloke!) and straight away I came back with "or two full donor egg cycles" and he went "Yes! That's it, we're offering for six nights and putting the money towards DE". Wow!! Such a turnaround from him.
So today we offered a six night plan and if she rejects it then we still have to go to trial, but if we get awarded six or seven nights, then we can ask for costs to be charged to her for pursuing the case when it was made clear via several avenues that she was not going to win the case.
I think that means my DH is fully on board with DE and SA got back to me and said yes I can reserve my donor for August
