Did you buy the Bubba outfit you saw? I used to buy stuff but had to on sell it all as it upset me too much. I do keep a pair of pink booties my DH's dad got us 4 years ago and a knitted blanket my aunty made. She passed from cancer a couple of years ago so I keep those two items for sentimental reasons. I used to have a cot, change table so much stuff most of it hand me downs assuming i would use them ect but after a few years they felt jinxed & I couldn't look at them anymore. Hopefully your exDP agrees to help out and your son is a sweety getting you flowers, your a very lucky mumma

Today I rushed into Seed the clothing shop to grab something. It was packed with shoppers darting around. Out of the corner of my eye I spotted a grey knitted baby playsuit hanging up, I completely stopped in the middle of the shop, in every-ones way, and just stared at it. I could imagine my baby's arms and legs poking out of it. Right there and then I knew I had to go again. Decision made.
I've just emailed my ex asking for access to more of our money, pre legal financial settlement. He can definitely say no and there's nothing I can do about it as all the money's in his account. I feel genuinely sick waiting for a response. I know he's going to kick up a stink & I'll have to beg for it & he can still say no.
I have also just signed my solicitors contract to start doing the legal work for our financial settlement. I've put it off during IVF, as I just didn't have the emotional energy for the 'fight'. I even drove it to the post box to post it so I know I can't back out now.
I also found an egg donor I like lastnight. She's an unproven 18 y/o twin (identical so not hereditary). I've emailed the agency (to the b~tch who re-listed my ED without discussing it with me) and she usually responds asap but I haven't heard from her. I keep checking my emails every 2 minutes! I want 18 y/o eggs for Easter!!!!!

    Happy Easter lovelies!

We are heading out into the forest again today to cut and haul wood.

There is no rest for the wicked and I must have been pretty bad!

(Must be all those damn scones and cream )

    Happy easter everyone!
@Tahli you sound great again having a plan to move on to, and 18 year old eggs have got to work!!! Seed have gorgeous stuff, I have a few bits Ive bought over the years, some Ive designed the prints for stashed away in the hope that I will need them (mostly girls stuff). Hopefully I will !!

@Blossom74 yes those scones were making me salivate too! I once made them with lemonade, years ago and they turned out really well too. There is definitely an art to them hey. I agree that all this hard work you're about to embark on needs some fluffy scones at the end of it all

@Bongley I hope you are over your jet lag by now and feeling good?

@winsor hope you are doing ok too. Have you come any further on your DE plans?

Im off to a family get together this arvo and otherwise just doing some work and taking it easy.

    have a nice one!
