    Hi everyone,

Just got back home and am completely knackered. So much to do around here as DH usually leaves the house as a bomb site for me to come home to. Going to get the basics done before he comes home from work in an hour or so.

Anyway, just wanted to let you all know I'm back!

Wow, what a wonderful cheerleader! Thank-you!!
I also have a feeling there's babies on the way for the gorgeous ladies on here. It's such a time of renewal and fresh starts.
I have just asked my ex for the 3rd time for the money required to do the fresh cycle. Let's see how I get on.
You have every reason to be excited @Blossom74. Everything's coming together bit by bit. How long does it take to get gov't approval to post your ads?

Apparently around 2-3 weeks. I did call them last week and they confirmed they had received it. So now I just wait. The ad itself isn't particularly riveting but contains all the information I wanted to get across - age of donor, where we want to do our cycle, what we are looking for with regards to contact afterwards. But I can do a big spiel about who we are and how we met etc and post it above the actual ad on EDA. I've already got most of that done too, so really just waiting on approval now and we'll be actively looking for a donor.

    Eeeeep!

    I think so.

I guess I'm just nervous because of the whole "I wonder if anyone will like me" scenario....

I'm at a stale mate. I need to give the go-ahead for the psyc assessment at a cost of $110. Buut the ex hasn't agreed to release money for the cycle to me yet. I'm going to have to stall for tonight somehow. I have no doubt the agency has been inundated with queries about this donor so the co-ordinator is being very very pushy with me.

@Tahli that's a bugger and a bit of a dilemma.. When do you think your ex will give you an answer? I guess the question is if he doesn't come through then will you regret spending $110 on a psych eval for someone who you can't continue on with? Or maybe you can continue on with but just at a later date?

I'm no further on with my decisions, I haven't heard back from Nurture about whether that donor will wait until August, and I'm trying to organise to Skype my friend in the next week to discuss her donating in more detail. So until I hear back from both I'm in limbo DH went back to work and hit a ton of stress so I'm not even mentioning anything to do with DE at the moment - I'll sort it out and then just tell him what's happening I think!

Can you call your ex to discuss it tonight? If so, I'd do that. If not, I'd cop the $110 and pay it in the hope things will turn out ok. Put positivity out into the universe
