    @Charlie74 I was just catching up on posts. I'm sorry you're having such a hard time at the moment. I hope your dad was cooperative and things went well with his GP. Thinking of you.

Limit exercise during treatment cycles (exercise causes and inflammatory state in the body). Though exercise outside of treatment cycles as over long term, exercise reduces inflammation. Use any relaxation methods. Eat/take antioxidants which reduce radical oxygen species (ROS). ROS are created by inflammation and cause destruction in the body.
    I read the other day that full-fat dairy is in the top 5 fertility foods for women and they even included ice-cream. Another article I read said that humans used to get pregnant at particular time of year which was after fattening up on carbohydrates... As a rule I don't eat carbohydrates or refined sugar (except Easter eggs ), I've never smoked a cigarette, and am a minimal social drinker (although was very social in my younger years). I do think extra protein is good when cycling and I have wondered about Metformin and whether there is anything I should reduce to naturally help it out. I'm on 2000mgs of fish oil at the moment and it is slowing blood clotting, so if you went 6 capsules a day, BTs and EPUs might get messy. Wazza's only rule seems to be no pot. I've cut coffee to 2 weak cups a day, but will cut to one or none post FET.

    I know so many super healthy women who cannot get pregnant and so many super unhealthy women who have.

    Considering my history of being as 'sick as a parrot' on Metformin (I'm not sure how sick a parrot gets, but my guess is it's as sick as me on 1000mgs) what I might do is compromise. I'll wait and see if my ex is going to release enough funds for me to do my DE cycle. And the moment he does I'll start back on 500mgs. What do you think? Otherwise I could be starting back on it for no reason.
    @Tahli what about if you go really slow with the metformin? Maybe half/250 for 1-2 weeks, then up it to 500 for 1-2 weeks? That said, maybe ask your pharmacist or GP? I'm on 2000 and get no side effects - I started on 500 and increased by 500 a week. How fast will you move once you get the money?

    @MissDa I'm do sorry to read this. It's sabotage and I too would be furious. Is he able articulate why he doesn't want a baby - and do you want him or a baby more?

    Some good news in here today. Finally!!
    @Tahli I've had one of those balloon and dye things. Never knew the name but that and the endo scratch were the two most painful things I've ever encountered in my life. Well done for getting through it X
    @Charlie74 how's your day been?

    Woohoo @Blossom74. Great news about the loan. Nothing can stop her now!
