Caltrate is a calcium brand, so am a bit confused as to why yours doesn't contain calcium? It is usually combined with Vit D as that makes the absorption better

@Summer I am so happy you had a chat and a heart to heart and it sounds like you now have a plan A, B and C with your DH on board. August is just around the corner. I had to wait from November till April for my DE cycle well guess what month it almost is and I swear I just blinked.

Regarding diets to reduce inflammation, my Natropath had me gluten & dairy free, and I swear it made all the difference for our BFP. It was hard, but did it for 3 months before cycle, then kept it up over FETs (BFP - mc, BFN, then BFP), about 10 months, and until I was about 16 weeks. Then started to introduce it back into my diet, & now eating whatever I like. May not be he case for everyone, but I thought it couldn't hurt to try

Thanks @Blossom74! I've just spent 15 minutes explaining to DS why I hadn't been born a tiny fairy instead of a big human. Obv having a fairy as a mum is more appealing. (DS had just got home when Blossom and I were trying to chat about the offer of donated low grade embryos so I put Tinkerbell on for him to watch.)
Yes @Maxwellsmum I can see the ethical dilemma about an 18 year old donating. I wonder if the person who let the dogs free thought they were releasing the 'poor' impounded dogs or they were just thoughtless idiots. 6 wk old puppies, really?!! Well done for trying to round them up.
@Summer Agreed. August will roll around quickly. I know some donors I inquired about weren't available until June b/c they were doing April donations. When is your donor ready to rock'n'roll?

I def say use 18 yr old eggs @Tahli if it feels right mate, do it. I would. The dogs were in the adoptions pen they all had homes already but yep I see what your saying there. We thought it might have been more a disgruntled ex owner as the RSPCA is also the council pound. The one still missing though she was a stray with mange and she has been in there for months, Anyway who knows the thought processes of people but it certainly frucked up a lot of peoples week ends and one of the dogs had puncture wounds as well so like I said who knows. I am a bit of an animal activist, I have been more so due to my inability to have kids. But I just love animals so much I just told DH we are getting 2 more, we already have 2 but we have the space and the love and the money so we are doing it..

Thanks BIB I was so upset I couldn't function yesterday or last night. That is me though, I heart the animals. I think I will one day be an animal carer after the IVF ends, when it ends x
