Default IVF babies due Nov/Dec 2016.

Hi guys not sure if there is a thread here for us yet.

Who's with me? I'll be due Early December but chances are Bub will come November. My last Bub was born at 25 weeks so will be monitored very closely this time.

    Default Hello

Hellooooo!! I don't think there is a thread for ivf babies Nov.. Only seen babies due Nov.
Hope to see some familiar faces..
I'm nearly 6 weeks, due November 20 but ultrasound is on April 4.. One more week to go.. This wait has by far been the toughest during this process.
Just want to make sure baby is ok...
Wishing all the best of luck to everyone. May we all hold our healthy babies in time for Xmas

Welcome. I've just found out we are expecting and BT will be Wednesday. So will most likely have to wait another 2 weeks for our first u/s. Going by EPU I'll be due Dec 5th but with my past history I think a November baby will be more likely for us as I may need a csect (waiting for FS to get my last birthing hospital records to check how my uterus was cut internally). Had a GA for an emergency csect at 25 weeks last time round.

Default Hope to join u but scared I won't

Hi there, first time poster so not sure exactly how this works! We had a FET cycle this month & got a positive BT wk before last, but I've been bleeding a fair bit the past wk 😢 So pretty sure I've m/c but still holding a little hope that somehow things will work out! Had 2x BT this wk & hcg had gone up but not by much, so now have upped the progesterone & have to wait til Wed for another BT & scan to see what's going on. So nervous & wish time would tick over quickly to put me out of my misery one way or the other! Any advice? Anyone know of ppl who have had viable pregnancies after heavy bleeds?

Welcome and I'm sorry you're going through this. I hope you get good results.

We've just had our first round of IVF so in the same boat as you. I've had some AF type cramps today and had a tiny bit of spotting this arvo (only when I wiped) and was only watery and light pinkish even though I've had a strong positive HPT today.

Hopefully everything works out fine for u. A bit of spotting is usually ok, quite common I think in early pregnancy. I had some with my first pregnancy & all was ok (DS is now 5). Good luck hun - sending lots of positive vibes your way!

Hi everyone, I'm new here too, sorry for hijacking the post but I just wanted to share with you, we went through ivf in December our first attempt and luckily successful, this will be our first bub... I basically spotted and bled heavily throughout my first trimester, the first time I had a Sch and was put on bedrest for a week, the after that would just happen randomly.. It was so scary and so many times you think it's all over. it seems for some reason with ivf we are more likely to bleed in our pregnancies. Please don't lose hope -your baby is more than likely doing fine, if you are worried do not hesitate to see your specialist or doctor. our little joke between my husband and myself was we nicknamed our baby barcode as we had so many scans to make sure everything was okay! 💜

Thanks Hun appreciate your post. Spotting has stopped again and HPT is still nice and dark thankfully. Guessing cramps maybe stretching.

Don't have out BT til Wednesday so it still seems so far away lol.

    Hi

I had my BT last week and I believe I will be due around the 24th November. We had one round of IVF after several years of trying with unexplained infertility and a mc in February last year at 12 weeks. We also have a 4.5 year old.

Sorry to hear that some of you are going through the stress of bleeding, it's awful isn't it.

I've been feeling better (less tired, cramping, nausea) since I stopped taking progesterone just over a week ago, but that's kind of unnerving because apart from the odd mild cramp, some bloating and a bit of tiredness I don't really have many symptoms yet. I've got my ultrasound on the 12th April but it just seems so far away. Aaargh so much waiting!! How is everyone else feeling symptom-wise?

Hey Hun. Pottering along here. Bleeding has stopped again and today's test is stronger so bean is still giving off hcg. Spoke to nurse and she said this can happen so have BT tomorrow to check on things.

    Not overly having symptoms here.
