How far along would you be hon?

The reason I ask is that if you are very early on in pregnancy there might not be anything to see via ultrasound yet.

Generally doctors prefer to wait until your HCG level is over 1,000 before scanning. I am an IVF patient and we would usually have our first scan around the 6 week mark.

It might just be that you are a little too early yet? Have you had a blood test done to confirm your HCG? That would be the first step I'd recommend.

    This.

I have cycles that are all over the place. And usually very long.

By the time I had my positive rest it was fairly dark. I had to have a scan as we had no idea of how long I was pregnant due to bot having a regular cycle.

If you have a regular cycle there is no need to have a scan so early. You can have a scan after 7 weeks if you are worried - but generally you do jot have a super early one.

Just an FYI - this current pregnancy my first scan I was about 4w6d. You can see nothing. I did not have another until a quick one at ob office at about 8 weeks.
