    Default Easter recipes

We have family coming over Easter Sunday and I need some inspiration on what to cook!
Ideally I'd like to prepare most of the food ahead of their arrival so I'm not stuck in the kitchen. Hit me with your best recipes!

What sort of things are you after? Do you want canapes? Entree/Main/Dessert?

Honey glazed ham served cold with salads, roast with veggies, home made rocky road, choc rum balls, fish... Perhaps get a woollies/Coles food magazine for some inspiration and ideas

Thanks everyone 😊 I'll have a look at those recipes now
Sorry I should have been more specific, I was thinking of mains, desert and a healthy treat for the littles one (not doing eggs this year)

A few easy main ideas - baked meals are easy as you prep them before your guests come and just chuck them in the oven - or marinate seafood and meat and just BBQ -

    Baked teriyaki salmon
    BBQ chilli lime prawns
    Rum and Coke pork ribs
Baked fish with lemon and cherry tomatoes
    Sword fish and haloumi skewers
    Greek lamb skewers

Desserts - ones to make the night before:

    Chocolate brownies
    Toblerone mousse cups
Pavlova ( whip cream and add fruit before serving)
    Mini cheesecakes

    Healthier kids snacks:

Yogurt pops - blitz yogurt and fruit then put into ice block moulds

Jelly fruit cups - cut up strawberries or grapes and add to jelly before putting into fridge to set

Fruit kebabs - add a mashmallow as a treat

    Bliss balls

    Nutella filled strawberries
