$30 approx per week, sometimes less depending on waht we are drinking. We dont drink during the week but on weekends we love a relaxing few once the kids are in bed. I love my sav blanc and the occasional kilkenny cream with dh. He loves his beer too

I don't drink at all but DH likes one beer after work, so that's one slab a month - maybe $45? - for us.

That being said, he's on a bit of a health kick at the moment so this month he hasn't stocked up.

$0! I hardly drink apart from special occasions/celebrations and it's usually just 1-3 glasses of white.

Not much, I don't drink and hubby might buy a 6-pack once every few months and has 1-2 while watching the footy or if we have friends over, and 1-2 beers if we go out to dinner (about once every 2 months). So it probably equates to a couple of dollars a week.

Go through phases. On average maybe $40 a month for a bottle of rum that we have a drink out of here and there throughout the month. Every 4-6 months we might buy more and have more drinks in one night.
I could never drink every day even just 1 drink. And after last weekend when we had one of those rare big nights, and the resulting hangover, I could never drink again! Blah.

Interesting! I feel like we are up there with what we spend (based on the BH sample).
I feel like it's too much for us, when I added it up over a year I'd rather spend that money on holidays!
I should add that DH also home brews, I haven't counted his home brew costs in that.
Now to work out a better balance.

Oh well u should feel better, we don't buy regularily but buy up when we do.... Hubby puts away a bottle of wine plenty of nights, maybe lasts a second, for me average a drink every second or third night.... ( no he doesn't get drunk, a bottle just evaporates over the evening) So that's 100-200 week as most wines are about 30. We started a Red wine collection about 10 y ago and it's still a big hobby, cocktails too but less often now have a toddler and they're time consuming, and put me to sleep!
