Nothing. I don't drink and DH will very rarely have a beer if we are out for dinner or for a special occasion. I'm always blown away by how much people drink and how much they spend on it!

Maybe $30 a month? We have a nice little cellar of wine though that we've built up over a few years.

Nothing. I don't drink alcohol (pregnant and/or breastfeeding for past 7 years lol) and DH gets given lots of cartons of beer from clients as thank your throughout the year so he drinks that if anything.

None. I don't drink at all and hubby only really has a beer or two once every few months if he is at a mates place and they stick one in front of him.

Prob best I don't add it up.

Im pregnant so none for me and won't be much the first few months either. Dp has started making his own home brew which I've noticed saves a lot. Normally maybe 2 nice bottles of wine a week and a 6 pack for dp when watching the footy. That's not counting any drinks he has after work or at work functions. We'd also have friends over for dinner maybe once a month or go to friends for dinner so that's another bottle or two of good wine we buy or take. So Prob rounds out $30-$50 a weekish.

I definitely think this is one area where Bubhub is not representative of the real world. At least the people I know in the real world. Given most on here are pregnant or caring for very small children it's not surprising.

agree. most people I know (non preg/breastfeeding) go through a bottle of wine between them most nights. dh and I used to do that but it was too many calories and your liver cops a beating so we cut back when we started ttc and obviously cut down to zero when I was preg (dh did too).

Even before babies etc I never drank. I have probably had 10 drinks ever. Hubby never drank until this year really, as we are much more social with our neighbours where we are now and everyone here drinks a lot so he drinks when hanging out with them
