    Default Temporary tattoos and glitter hairspray.

    My daughter is having her 4th birthday soon, so is having a tinkerbell theme. Which I find fantastic! But instead of the $$$$$ of a facepainter on top of everything else I loved the idea of stations... playdough, colouring. As well as a "Smee" tattoo parlor and glitter hairspray as pixie dust (something for boy, girls or bith if they desire!)
    This evening I was told some parents may not like/appreciate these "inclusions"
    I just want to add a bit of fun but also happy to leave it out if it offends. But curious if this is something you would be annoyed at? I am not setting it as a specific area just a station if they stumble to it...
    Please be honest, as in all honesty I would allow my children if they wanted.

    Sounds awesome. I'm not sure why that would offend anyone as it's just entertainment activities for children. I have tattoos but I know they aren't everyone's cup of tea but at the end of the day glitter hair spray and temporary tatts come off in the tub.

    I wouldn't have an issue with my kids doing that at a party.

    Default Temporary tattoos and glitter hairspray.

    I think the play dough, colouring stations sound great. I don't like the tattoos or glitter hair spray. I think it is too adult for 4 years old. I have tattoos so I'm not against them - I just don't like them for young children. They are also really hard to get off and look pretty manky as they come away.

    Other stations could be cupcake decorating, fruit kabobs, cardboard building (just keep old cardboard boxes, tubes etc... With sticky tape and so on and they can make things to decorate at another station).

    Sorry if my view upsets anyone.

    Edit - I wouldn't get cross about it if my child was at the party I just would try to get him to avoid it.

    I think it sounds like fun!

    My 4yr old dd loves a spray of glitter hairspray, she thinks it makes her into elsa.

    Lots of fun. Except for the glitter cleanup lol.

    I would not have an issue with it though.
