    Was it the twin tank one?? We us that. Bought different pads for the head. It worked okay but I am glad I upgraded.

    The one I have now just uses towel scraps (hand towel, cloth nappy size) so it's a winch to use. Just clip a new one on each time and chuck the rest in the wash. Can buy the towels in bulk from loads of places but we already had heaps as I use them for cleaning.

    We have one and I do think it was definitely worth it. Floors are super clean and does a much better job than mopping imo. I love the fact zero chemicals are used.
