    So I'm still in a terrible headspace and very suicidal. Trying to stay safe for dd. Very teary at the moment and exhausted

    Please, please ring Lifeline Hun. Nothing you can say will shock them. Is there someone that can come and be with you for a while? If you're really really worried and don't feel strong, pease call an ambulance.

    Sorry to hear you are still struggling. Are you seeing a psychiatrist and/or on medication? Do you have family and friend support?
