    The thing is I've already got support in place and I'm still crumbling. You'd think after all these years I would have got my sh%t together and I wouldn't still be in this mess.

    Then maybe it isn't the right support. There is obviously at least one element there that isn't 100% right for you. Might just need tweaking, might need an entire overhaul (scary thought, but you can change one thing at a time instead of all at once).

    Hun, some people just have really bad luck or a really unfortunate set of circumstances. It's not necessarily a reflection on you. It just means you need a little extra help, love and (the right kind of) support.

    I'm not any better, in all honesty I'm worse. I see my doctor tomorrow so we will see what comes of that

    Maybe it's time to try a different drug and see if it helps you. If you're this low its all that's left to do.

    I agree with heplusme. Sometimes it can take quite a few goes to find the best medication option for you.

    Would you consider in-patient treatment?
