    I remember you posting about this last year. And you're still here! You did it! You survived all this time, nearly a year is it?

    You've done it before and you can do it again. You're low now. That means an ups coming if you can just hang in there.

    Yep, I've been suicidal before, in fact I've lost count of the number of times I've been that low.
    I wish I could see your optimism about getting better because I've done so before however the harsh reality is different.
    The thing is each time one of these "episodes" happen a little part of me dies. I lose more hope, I feel more helpless, I realise things can't and never will be different. When I stupidly convince myself that things can and will be different and I start considering a future rather than planning my own death, everything around me comes tumbling down and I'm left on the floor in a heap, rotting, occupying too much space. I dared to dream and now my life is just one big failing mess......

    please contact some one from lifeline or beyond blue. I believe there are support people available 24 hrs a day. Please at least keep sharing with us here. There are people here who have been where you are, and they will understand how you are feeling. please just contact some one who can help you. hugs, marie.

    There is always hope for full recovery. I have seen it with my own eyes. I've seen a mum on the brink with her 'plan' ready to execute. She told me meds and a particular GP saved her life. If you're in Adelaide I know the most amazing mental health GP. Otherwise please call lifeline. It's not hopeless. It's ok to feel all that your feeling. You are brave for daring the dream of a future! Good luck x

    Give lifeline a call. They are there 24/7, and you can be anonymous if you want. They are really good at offering support and putting plans in place.
